Basic Training Ages 7-12 During this important time the youth body is primed for new information and ready to ingrain new movement patterns. Introducing foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive and high success environment. High priority on running technique, athletic coordination, balance and strength training using muscular movement patterns. Vital in establishing a child athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention and long term enjoyment of sports participation. Competitive Performance Ages 12-15 Second stage of training, athletes understand the importance of developing neuro muscular patterns. This program focuses on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, strength and power. Increasing force production leads to maximized potential. Improve joint integrity and reduce injury. Elite Performance Ages 15+ Fine tuning developmental phase II. Combination of athletic skill training so competing in the game is effortless. Focus: Strength / Power increase to optimize power output.
